Has anyone tried acupuncture for
1. Smoking cessation
2. Facial rejuvenation?

Would love to know about ur experiences.

Hi. I have tried it for smoking cesation. For me it did work. The Dr. sticks some very small needles into tour ear lobes. The needles are covered with tape so they stay in your ears for about a week. The downside is that it it temporary. After the needles fall off the efffect goes with them. This treatment for smoking cessation can be done also using laser. Apparently the effects last longer. Id advice you to also use Hypnosis. I bought some CDs that helped a great deal. Good luck!
